Accessibility
Built to be usable.
A practice serving people with disabilities should have a website that works for them. If something here does not, tell me and I will fix it.

This site aims to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. What that means in practice:
- Every text and background pair on the site has been checked to at least a 4.5:1 contrast ratio, and most exceed 7:1.
- The whole site can be operated by keyboard, and focus is always visible.
- A skip link jumps straight to the main content.
- Headings run in order, and landmarks are marked up for screen readers.
- Every image carries descriptive alternative text.
- Animation is minimal and is switched off entirely for anyone whose system requests reduced motion.
- Text reflows without horizontal scrolling down to a 320 pixel viewport, and page zoom is never disabled.
- Buttons and links are at least 44 by 44 pixels.
Telling me about a problem
If any part of this site is difficult to use, email CounselorBrandy@gmail.com or call (661) 505-5555 and describe what happened. I will respond, and I will also give you the information you were trying to reach by whatever means works for you.
Sessions
Appointments are by phone or video. If a different format would make this accessible to you, ask and we will arrange it.
